Background and Introduction
AJ Waterproofing are specialists in building preservation for commercial and residential properties in and around London. We provide a range of solutions including damp proofing, timber treatment and basement (structural) waterproofing.
The company was established in 2004 by Nirmal Valji, who has 30 years of experience working in the damp control and waterproofing industry. We have the utmost confidence in the quality of our service, which is why we provide a 10 year guarantee on all works undertaken, and a 20 year guarantee for timber treatments and DPC injections. We also provide the option to have an additional insurance backed guarantee.
AJ Waterproofing strive to be an environmentally conscious company – we are pleased to be one of the first damp-proofing companies in London to move entirely to electric vans!
